This workshop will begin with an informative session about the healing properties of rose quartz and will explore essential oil blends used to encourage a sense of love, happiness and well being. This will be followed with a short meditation to help us open our heart chakra and focus our energies on loving the skin we are in. We will then use this time to feel inspired to develop a mantra to remind us of the importance of taking the time to love and care for oneself. Finally, we will take this newfound energy to create a bracelet with intention to feel empowered by this love whenever needed.
