This workshop will begin with a brief exploration of the power of garnets and how they have been used for healing throughout history. We will then explore essential oil blends used for manifesting, healing and self worth. This will be followed with a short meditation to help us open our root chakra and focus our energies on feeling grounded and centered as we visualize and contemplate our personal goals for the year ahead. Garnets help you turn your visions into reality. Finally, we will take this newfound energy to create a bracelet with the intention to manifest our hopes and dreams.
