Join us for gentle guided movement and awareness of the present moment on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month, please choose date from drop down menu. Space is limited to ten participants per session.

About the instructor:

Michelle Beebee has been passionate about the mind/body connection for the past 25 years. She started her career as a psychotherapist and quickly realized how important it was to integrate the body with the mind. Therefore she has added the following skills to be able to assist others:

  • Phoenix rising yoga teacher

  • Urban zen integrative therapist

  • Certified pilates mat teacher

  • Reiki practitioner

Her love of learning and helping others fuels her desire to continue growing as a practitioner of wellness.
